I teach Tuesdays @ 5pm at the PTO S&H. However, there are TONS of TB classes at Old Town. 6am Mondays & Wednesday (basic) -- 6.30pm Tuesday & Thursday (basic) -- 9.30am Thursday (beginner) -- Saturday @ 9.15 (basic) and Sunday 9.15 (advanced).
I'm a Tae Bo® instructor over at OT S&H. Shannon Owens brought it to the club 2-3 years ago and it has taken over by storm. We now have 5 certified instructors at OT alone and 6 more going to certify in November! Do you teach at World Gate?
