"You can't put a price on looking great & adding years to
your life." When I first joined Sport&Health, I had
expectations of losing weight and getting back on track to becoming
healthy and fit. My plan included signing up for personal training.
My trainer, Kim, has been amazing and I feel truly blessed to be
working with her. She’s provided me with challenging workouts to
achieve positive results in fat loss and muscle gain, with special
attention to technique and form (“feet pointed forward, shoulders
back, watch that posture!”) To date, I’ve lost 47 pounds, just over
half my original weight loss goal, as well as 10% body fat. I’ve
officially traded in my XXL shirts for XL - some of those are even
looking big on me! I’ve gained self confidence and my energy level
is the highest it’s been in a long time. To anyone thinking about
signing up for personal training sessions, do it! You can’t put a
price on looking and feeling great, improving your health, and
adding years to your life.
