Good news! New Group Exercise Studios are Open!

We've just opened all four of the new group exercise studios at Worldgate. Stop in and check out our new Main Studio, Virtual Cycling, Mind/Body and a fully-equipped Pilates studio - plus a full line of energizing classes to help you stay fit and focused during this holiday season. b>View class schedule

We are currently completing our new expanded strength training area (double the size) which should be finished soon. We will then begin renovating the cardio area which will be the final phase of our renovation.

The Kidz Klub expansion and the front desk and lobby renovation are on schedule too.

Thank you again for all your patience during this time. It will definitely be worth the wait!

We now have our A-frame for TRX training.

 

TRX training is gravity suspension training leveraging your own bodyweight for resistance.  Appropriate for ANY fitness level, you WILL increase strength, accelerate your cardiovascular endurance, work stabilizing muscles that you simply can't with machines, and of course, work ALL the muscles of the core that are SO important to protect you from injury/pain.

 

Come see what TRX training is all about for FREE!!  My TRX Basix bootcamps are on Tuesday mornings and starting in April, Wednesday nights.  Signup required by the TRX station.

Anybody  wants to play Raquetball in the morning between 5:45AM - 6:30AM Let me know.  We can play once or twice a week if we are on the same level.

Hey John! So sorry but it 's true. Unfortunately, since the addition of the Mon and Wed ME classes began due to the renovation, the average participant number in both has been 9. With additional room in the new studio for the T/Th classes, 14 additional bikes for cycle and the addition of new yoga classes on M/W at noon, we felt the best option was to remove the classes. I'm sorry you are dissapointed!
