CYCLE RESERVATIONS AVAILABLE
Don't miss out on your favorite cycle class ... reserve a bike up to 5 days in advance for $2. Full details and the reservation policy are available at the front desk. A total of 8 bikes are available each class for reservations.
AROUND THE CLUB
Although this group focuses on the cycle program at Ballston, it is a great venue to share information about other events and programs at the club that might be of interest. Let us know what you think. In the meantime, keep an eye out for the following:
DIET-TO-GO -- Prepare for your new year's resolutions and get help with your meal planning with Diet-to-Go. You can select a variety of meals based on your goals and determine the number of meals based on your budget!
