  "I love the focus on body awareness and mindfulness in Pilates; it's a wonderfully holistic exercise that uses the entire body and fully engages the brain as well for the most complete workout you can have!  Pilates has even helped me in my other exercises - I started using elliptical machines more effectively by using my abdominal muscles to stabilize my body, doing aerobics with more precision and muscle control, and "checking in" with my posture and body stance throughout the day.  The workouts have a meditative effect as well, and at the end of a session I not only feel like I had an incredible workout, but rejuvenated and refreshed as well.  I love learning more about it with every class!"

Attending weekly Prenatal Pilatesclasses helped me remain strong and confident throughout my pregnancy.

By doing something good now for me and my body I look forward to knowing that I won’t have to reverse nine months of not exercising after my baby’s birth. At 39 weeks I have had minimal swelling, I'm more relaxed and feel ready to take on the labor process. If you are an expecting mom who wants to keep moving during your pregnancy I highly recommend Pilates .It’s easy on the body, reduces stress, releases pressure due to the baby’s continuous growth and it’s a great way to meet other expecting moms!

REFORMER: is for every BODY & it’s guaranteed you won’t be bored. Hundreds of exercises in supine, prone, kneeling & standing on a spring-loaded carriage for a FULL BODY WORKOUT.

JUMPBOARD: Combines strengthening benefits of Reformer with CARDIO intervals on JUMP board.

TOWER: utilizes spring-loaded bars, arm & leg springs to SHAPE up and fine tune alignment. Take your MAT practice to the next level!

EXO Chair: the most challenging piece of Pilates apparatus for building STRENGTH & precision. Resistance tubing works the upper & lower extremities simultaneously.

ARC: The foamy spine corrector improves stability and mobility of the spine. Great for deep CORE work.

PRENATAL: Exercises are done sitting upright or side-lying & appropriate for all trimesters of pregnancy. Firm up & stretch to enjoy pregnancy & prepare for childbirth!

"I have been taking Pilates for almost 8 weeks and can really see and feel a difference in my body. I started out having never taken a Pilates class before; having a weak core; and tight legs, hips, and back. Not only is my core stronger and getting stronger each week, but I have lost inches in my waist and my hips. I am also more focused on my posture, especially when I am sitting and have become more focused on the way I walk. Olena was mentioning the other day in class how our bodies are supposed to walk, with our feet pointed directly ahead and not out to the side. Pilates has made it easier for me really start to realign my body. My lower back is also now a lot more flexible and I have a lot less lower back agitation from daily activities than ever before. And after a long and hard day at work, it's also relaxing to the mind. This class is well worth the money and time and I look forward to continuing it!"

If you are brand new to the club, please email the Mind/Body Director, Olena at olenak@sportandhealth.com to schedule a Complimentary Pilates/Yoga Consultation.  You will have the opportunity to tour the Mind/Body studio and Pilates Studio, learn more about the equipment and have your questions answered.


An Introductory Lesson is a great way to get started: One-on-one Yoga or Pilates Private Session for ONLY $49 (New clients only!).


Private and Semi-Private Sessions are ideal for people entering group classes and individuals with special needs. 


Weekly Pilates Group Classes and ALL Private sessions are 50-60 Minutes in length, unless noted otherwise.  All fee-based  Small-Group YOGA Classes are 80-90 Minutes in length. All classes/sessions must be booked in advance, and require pre-payment to guarantee your spot in class.

Non-members are welcome! Daycare is available on site!
